Kelly Loya is a results-driven yet deeply intuitive Realtor who brings nearly a decade of experience, advocacy, and heart to every transaction. Her approach is steady, strategic, and grounded — the kind of presence clients rely on when the stakes are high and the decisions matter.

Before relocating to Florida, Kelly served on the Greater Syracuse Association of Realtors Legislative Committee, where she advocated for homeowner rights, fair housing protections, and policies that strengthen communities. That experience shaped her into the kind of agent who doesn’t just sell homes — she understands the bigger picture. She knows how policy, market forces, and human behavior intersect, and she uses that insight to guide her clients with clarity and confidence.

Kelly no longer works with large volumes of clients at once, by choice. She intentionally limits the number of buyers and sellers she represents so she can provide the level of attention, protection, and strategy most agents simply can’t.

In honor of families affected by dementia, Kelly personally donates a portion of her earned commission to the Alzheimer’s Association after every closing. (This donation is made personally by Kelly and does not increase client costs.) It’s a small way she brings meaning into her business and honors a cause close to her heart.
